FAQ
Is this safe for my system?
Yes. We only change system settings, the registry and drivers, and we install no third-party software. Your personal files stay untouched.
Do I need TeamViewer or AnyDesk?
Yes, we work remotely. Install AnyDesk or TeamViewer before the session; the instructions arrive in your Discord ticket.
Will I lose any data or files?
No. We never touch personal files. We change system parameters, the registry, drivers and BIOS settings only.
How long does optimization take?
Usually 45–90 minutes, depending on the state of the system.
Does it work on laptops?
Yes, we work with laptops and desktops. On a laptop the result depends more on the model.
How much FPS will I gain?
Across 624 manual-optimization reviews the average is +52% (+71 FPS). In Rust the gain depends mostly on the CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D owners average +44%, i5-12400F owners +49%. Your result depends on your hardware and how the system is set up today.
Which games benefit most?
CPU-bound games gain the most: Rust, CS2, Escape from Tarkov, DayZ. We have 587 verified Rust results alone, averaging +52%. It helps in any game, but CPU-bound titles see the biggest jump.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
The FPS guarantee is for manual optimization: it runs for 30 days after the session, and if your FPS rose by less than 10%, we refund you. An app key is refunded while it has not been activated. See the Terms for details.
How do I pay and place an order?
Through our Discord (discord.gg/buls). Open a ticket, agree on a time with the team, and we send payment instructions.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Open a ticket in our Discord and follow the instructions inside. Do it at least 30 minutes before the session.
What if I can't connect at the scheduled time?
Tell us at least 2 hours before the session. If you miss it without notice, we charge a $10 fee after 30 minutes of waiting.
